Thinking Through Your Pen is back this September!
A creative space for young people and adults who want to develop or deepen their English.
Join us for one hour of creative writing every Thursday, where you’ll generate ideas, find your written voice, and build confidence. After work, give yourself a creative boost and the chance to explore your imagination through writing.
𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐦
Larissa Stutterheim is a Canadian who has recently moved from The Netherlands, where she lived for a decade, to the beautiful Minho region of Portugal. Back in Canada and the Netherlands, she worked for close to twenty years as an English language and literature teacher in the secondary school classroom. She also has a Masters degree in English literature, and has long been an appreciator of the written word in its many forms. Here, in Portugal, she has shifted her focus to ceramics and jewellery-making, but she remains very much connected to one of her favourite aspects of teaching- helping folks find their voice, use their imagination, and develop their craft through creative writing.
